1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By accessing or using NardArena ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent platform notice.

Certain features may be subject to additional terms. Such additional terms will be presented to you before you use those features and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use NardArena. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Jurisdictional Restrictions
Online gaming may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of NardArena complies with all applicable laws in your location. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions.
Account Responsibility
You may only create one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Account Registration & Security
Account Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to update your information to keep it accurate and current.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason. You may also request account closure at any time.
4. Gaming Rules & Fair Play
Game Integrity
You agree to play fairly and not use any software, bots, scripts, or other automated methods to gain an unfair advantage. Violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Dice System
Our dice system uses cryptographic random number generation to ensure provably fair outcomes. All dice rolls are verifiable and cannot be manipulated by NardArena, players, or any third party.
Match Rules
Game rules are displayed before each match. By entering a match, you agree to abide by the specific rules of that game mode. Abandoning matches may result in forfeiture and penalties.
Collusion Prohibition
Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds.
5. Betting & Financial Terms
Betting Amounts
Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set by the Platform and may change at any time. Only funds in your verified account balance may be used for betting.
Platform Fees
NardArena charges a platform fee on winning bets (currently 5%). Fee rates are displayed before you enter any match and may be adjusted with prior notice.
No Refunds
All bets are final. Except in cases of technical errors attributable to NardArena, no refunds will be issued for completed games.
Risk Acknowledgment
Betting involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money and that you are solely responsible for your betting decisions. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
6. Deposits & Withdrawals
Supported Currencies
NardArena supports USDT deposits and withdrawals via TRC20 (Tron) and BSC (BNB Chain) networks. Additional cryptocurrencies may be added in the future.
Deposit Processing
Deposits require network confirmations (19 for TRC20, 12 for BSC) before being credited to your account. Processing times depend on network conditions.
Withdrawal Limits
Minimum withdrawal amount is $10 USD equivalent. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on account verification status and platform policies.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours. We reserve the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals or suspicious activity.
Wrong Network Deposits
Sending funds to the wrong network or wrong address may result in permanent loss of funds. NardArena is not responsible for user errors in transactions.
7. Prohibited Conduct
General Prohibitions
You may not: (a) violate any laws; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform; (e) harass other users; (f) create multiple accounts; (g) engage in money laundering.
Fraud Prevention
Any suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity theft, payment fraud, or abuse of promotions, will be reported to relevant authorities and may result in legal action.
Enforcement
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership
NardArena and its content, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by NardArena or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimers & Limitations
Service Availability
NardArena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance may affect availability.
No Financial Advice
Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice. All decisions to use the Platform are made at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NardArena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have deposited on the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
Your Obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NardArena, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of third parties.
11. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
12. Governing Law
Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where NardArena is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
